Spinning Classes 2nd March 2010

The spinning classes in Richhill Recreation center are now finished. We hope to start again in October the spinning classes were a great success they were started a little reluctantly as none of the committee had done any spinning and were not sure of what to expect. After the first class we found that one of the club members was hiding his talents and was in fact a qualified spinning instructor. He took the reins from week two onwards. I have to say that Kieran started us off with what at the time we thought a challenging hour of spinning but as it turned out last Monday night we had built up to an intensity that none of us could have imagined at the start. I think that we were all a little sad to end the classes as they were great fun as well as very hard. I can Heartily recommend the classes to all Steady CC members , family and friends when we restart. But remember spaces are limited to 15 so it will be a first come first served basis. Finally I would like to add my thanks to the staff of Richhill Recreation Center for their help and assistance in preparing the room each week and putting up with my random booking system.

Cycling Ulster Licence fee's for 2010 18th December 2009

The licence fees for next year have been released and surprise they have gone down in price for a non competitive cycling member to approx £27.00 this is dependant on the exchange rates but we will only charge the price of the licence. For new members first licence only it is £9.00. We will need your money in January to keep us all insured. Click here for licence details
