New Club Jersey 18th December 2009

The sizing kit is here I will be bringing the men's gear to the spinning class tomorrow night we will have the kit for about a week so if you are anywhere near my house please call in and try it on the final trying will be on the 17th again at my house Heather or Frances will have the ladies jersey's please get in touch with them to try them on.

Christmas Spin 29th December 2009

Four intrepid members of Steady cycling club met at Warrenpoint on Monday the 28th. The temperature outside was a balmy - 4°C after a short discussion we set off for Newcastle via Rostrevor where a display of sprinting that left the other three stunned was delivered by ...... well you know who. I might add that it was from the front of the group no less this was the first of many sprints that day won by the same person . We turned and went to Killeen and on to Newcastle where we stopped for Soup and sandwiches. On our return journey had Terry been wearing another layer of Lycra then a tractor would have got him. It was noted that Paul needs to pay a visit to spec savers. Anyway I hope that you all had a good Christmas and that you will have a really good new year both on and off the bike.
